Gathering Registration opens via online portal: 1-Feb-2023 to 15-Apr-2023 Late Registration has $25.00 (pp) price increase from 16-Apr-2023 to 15-May-2023 No new registration, refunds or cancelations accepted after 15-May-2023
Activities included in Gathering Registration: Bus transportation Thursday – Sunday for all activities, Entrance to GMHG, Welcome Reception, Clan Munro march with Queen City Juvenile Pipes & Drums band, Annual General Meeting (AGM), Banquet, Kirk’n & Parade of Tartans and Gathering t-shirt with goodie bag.
Optional activities can be added to your gathering registration for additional fee:
- Thursday, July 6th: River Tubing (10 am – 2 pm)
- Friday, July 7th: Grandfather Mountain Park (~ 2 ½ hour visit)
- Saturday, July 8th: Crossnore Weavers & Community School
Gathering Schedule Overview:
- Day 1 Thursday, July 6th: Registration, Board Meeting, River Tubing trip, Hospitality – Silent Auction Drop-off, Evening Welcome Reception during Torchlight Calling of Clans
- Day 2 Friday, July 7th: GMHG -Scottish piping, music, dancing, food, vendors and athletic games. 1 pm Clan Munro March and Grandfather Mountain Park tours
- Day 3 Saturday, July 8th: Morning AGM, Back to GMHG, and Crossnore Weavers & Community School tour. Then back to Meadowbrook Inn for Silent Auction and Formal Banquet
- Day 4 Sunday, July 9th: Kirk’n and Parade of Tartans at GMHG
